The BXP Conference Center at One Freedom Square is a staffed, state of the art facility, exclusively available to clients that work in the Reston Town Center.

Additional Information

  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (*additional fees may apply for overtime usage) 
  • Reservations must be made up to 3 business days in advance of the meeting date
  • Reservations made be made up to 3 months in advance, and no more than 3 recurring meetings may be reserved at a time

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days in advance

  • There is no rental charge for BXP clients
  • Room set-up, cleaning, overtime, and cancellation fees may apply

  • Directions: Enter the Plaza Lobby of 11951 Freedom Drive and walk to the right past the Security Desk , the Conference Center is at the end of the left side elevator corridor

  • Closest available parking is in the Purple Garage (*Validation not provided)
